Mini Mudder Competition - Terms of Use

  • The promoter is Britvic Ireland Limited, registered office at 25/28 North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, having its place of business at Kylemore Park West Ballyfermot, Dublin10. Registered number 7661.
  • By entering the Promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter.
  • The promotion is open to ROI residents only aged 18 years and over.
  • The promotion is not open to employees of Britvic Ireland, its agencies or anyone related to the promotion.
  • By entering the competition, entrants are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the rules of the competition.
  • One entry per person by entering online at www.fruitshoot.ie 
  • Entry is free and there is no purchase necessary.
  • The promotional period is from 9am on 13th May 2016 to 12pm on the 30th June 2016.
  • All winners will be drawn under independent supervision at random on the Draw Dates from all valid entries received.
  • Entry into the Promotion is at the entrant's sole risk. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) suffered by entrants or any third parties arising out of or in connection with the Promotion and/or accepting a prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to entrants or any other person relating to or resulting from participation with this Promotion save that nothing in these terms and conditions shall act to limit or exclude the Promoter's liability resulting from its negligence or fraud.
  • If for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
  • If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which are beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
  • The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these terms and conditions or the spirit of the Promotion.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to, lost, delayed or not received entries, winner notifications or prizes. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies.
  • The promoter shall make reasonable efforts to contact Prize Winners by email. The promoter does not accept responsibility for prize winners not providing an accurate email address.
  • It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the prize in order for their prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
  • Winners’ names will be made available to the public on www.fruitshoot.ie and on our Facebook page www.facebook.com/fruitshootireland. All decisions taken by the promoter in relation to the competition whether in relation to validity of an entry, the winners, or otherwise are final. No correspondence will be entered into, unless at the discretion of the Promoter.
  • There are 200 family tickets to be won, the prize includes family ticket to the Fruit Shoot Mini Mudder that takes in Loughcrew Adventure Centre, Oldcastle, Co. Meath. Each prize includes 2 adult spectator tickets and 2 Fruit Shoot Mini Mudder Kids tickets.
  • Your tickets will gain you access to the event on either Saturday 9th or Sunday 10th July 2016.
  • The winner will be sent a promotional code, and will be able to download their tickets from www.toughmudder.ie
  • Children must be aged between 7 and 12 and be at least 42” in height to participate, as per Mini Mudder guidelines, at the time of the event.
  • All travel expenses and any other expenses such as food and drink incurred are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  • The prizes are as stated and no cash alternative is available.
  • Prize winners must be available on either Saturday 9th or Sunday 10th July in order to redeem their prize. These dates may change slightly based on the destination of the Mini Mudder event.
  • Prizes are non-transferable.
  • If any winner is not able for whatever reason to accept his or her prize, then the Promoter reserves the right to award that prize to another participant. Resale of the prize is strictly prohibited.
  • All Prize winners must agree to take part in publicity relating to the competition including but not limited to, photo shoots and interviews. We may also decide to do a photoshoot at the winning club, and winning clubs would need to facilitate this. All publicity materials arising from these will be the sole property of the Promoter.
  • Should the event get cancelled or should the promoter wish to change the prize for any reason a prize of similar value may be offered.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
